As the intake coordinator, I appreciate the opportunity to get to know each person who reaches out to find out if they have a claim. These personal ties, delving into the stories of countless workers nationwide, serve as my driving motivation to advocate for and alongside them.
Monica the joined the firm as a litigation paralegal in 2012. After a few years of working on cases, she began doing intake work for the firm, and in 2020 she officially took on the role of Intake and Marketing Coordinator. Monica enjoys getting to know potential clients and investigating potential wage and hour violations.
Before joining the firm, she was the lead biographer at a company that offers biographies of personal injury victims, settlement videos, and other demonstratives. Monica has written for various publications including the independent music magazine The Big Takeover and Better Homes & Gardens, where she also acted as an Editorial Assistant.
