Arkansas will increase its minimum wage to $11 per hour by 2021, and Missouri will increase its minimum wage to $12 per hour by 2021. According to the National Employment Law Project, raising the Missouri minimum wage will help 677,000 low wage workers and increase their annual earnings by an average of $1,485.
